“It’s crazy to think that Teddy and I have been working together for 2 years now.

TWO YEARS, WOW 🤩😮‍💨

August 15, 2022 marked Day 1 working with him and it’s still one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself both physically & mentally.

Over the past couple years, I’ve been through a couple different phases — losing, reversing, maintaining and building.

While being in a calorie deficit is not easy, I’ve come to the conclusion that losing is the easy part. It’s easy and comfortable to sit in a deficit because you can see visible results week over week.

To make real changes to your body though, the important work is done once you push yourself outside of your comfort zone and get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Working on consistency at a calorie maintenance or pushing yourself mentally and physically through a surplus of calories — eating when you feel full, being intentional, pushing hard/bringing intensity to your workouts and watching the scale creep up week over week is a different game, a different mindset.

It challenges you in a way you don’t expect.

I’ve had good days and bad days, emotional/challenging weeks and weeks where I exceeded my own expectations.

The common denominator through all of it was the unwavering presence from my coach.

Teddy has been my rock, my North Star.

For him, I have nothing but complete trust, faith, support and heart full of love & admiration.

Seeing first hand the amount of time, care, attention and consideration he puts into every aspect of his life is something that, I believe, sets him apart from everyone else.

He has a way, a passion about him — encouraging, supporting, challenging and inspiring people to want to become the best versions of themselves.

The amount of progress he’s helped me achieve and the incredible amount of positivity he’s brought into my life is unmatched.

If it’s results you’re looking for, choose to make your goals a priority, make a commitment to yourself and put your trust in someone with knowledge and experience.

Remember, lifestyle changes take time and require patience, mindfulness and consistency. It can be hard to keep sight of goals long term, but you don’t have to navigate them alone.

With Teddy you WILL be successful.

He will make your goals a reality.

You just have to be willing to put your faith in him and trust the process.

I’m definitely in with him for the long haul 😉”
