My client Lynda on my Flexible dieting program after working with me for 8 weeks.

With Lynda we used a couple of my training programs customized to fit her goals. On diet We used a zigzag approach on calories for fat loss as well as reversing to a caloric maintenance while increasing activity both in and out of the gym.
Lynda is a mom as well as a full time nursing student. We even accomplished this while she was taking tests and absolutely crushing them. If she can make time for her body…YOU CAN TOO.
